I worked in a team to pitch a new product to Target Corporate. We used their concept of "Design for All" to create adaptive shoes for their Goodfellow brand in menswear. By focusing on Universal Design, our product can reach a much broader audience. The key design features include: easy donning and doffing (getting on and off), large closures for those with mobility impairment, removable insoles, and extended sizing. The project also included redesigning the Target website, creating product marketing, and reorganizing the store layout.
